Limitations update

Hello all here and specially HG.
I am a little lost with all the movings done about limitations for better service.
I suggest HG to publish here an update list of most of the limitations eventually with links to how to or forum posts.
e.g. Emails/hour max 200 http://forums.hostgator.com/showthread.php?t=2605
Mysql concurrent access, ....
SMTP concurrent access from the same IP, ...
IMAP
FTP concurrent acces from ? to ?
HTTP limitations
Script running time
Memory and CPU use and the way to check
Correlated to this point the right way to launch each kind of script using cron-jobs, (we all know the troubles generated by GET)
etc., etc.

For us will be better to know the rules set-up by HG for wharever reason and an update on change. Can be a page in infos also.
