limitations?

hey,

I"m thinking of getting the baby plan but some of your limitations are stopping me from going to this host. I was just wondering if these are for the resellers only or for also shared hostees?

The limitations are the e-mail sending and the 25 mysql connections.

Also, how would it effect my site. I use a php/MySQL based home page and IPB 2.0.4 forums which i send mail from.

And i also host 2 of my friends via sub-domains where they also use PHP/MYSQL and forums.

So wuoid that cause problems with your limitations?

Most of the limitations are per domain. These limitations are on both shared and reseller accounts. The MYSQL limitations should not make any problems unless you have persistent connections enabled, you should not go over the mysql connection limit unless you have a very high traffic site.

Yes, and the email sending is 200 emails per hour if I'm correct and, unless you have either a HUGE forum or a giant mailing list then this shouldn't be a problem.

I plan to transfer to you from other host, but my domain manage a list with 9500 subscribers based on listmessenger.com script, this means that I can't use Hostgator?

Only Listmessenger Pro seems to support "Adjust sending speed/quantity/delay" of the mails, so the Light version could be a problem on a shared server. However, the mail policy does not apply for (semi)dedicated servers, so maybe this is an option for you.
