What keeps me from bringing my other 1,500 accounts (not domains) over to Hostgator?
Simple: terrible support hold times, whether it be chat or phone. Other hosts I use, not just Bluehost, have virtually no waiting time. Come on guys. Quit skimping on your support operators. In the time I waited on hold, I wrote this thread, and also sent 3 emails. |

I apologize that you are experiencing issues with our live support. We are currently sitting at 9minute hold times for our incoming calls and 43s hold times for chat. Our response times for tickets right now is 1hr. We are hiring 20 new chat/phone agents every two weeks and are also opening another support center in Austin, Tx in July. I assure you we are not skimping out on operators. If you would like, you can personally PM me and I will be glad to help you out with any issues you might be having. Again we do apologize for the phone delays.

Hello,
It looks like there was just a large number of inbound calls that came in at once. Phones are now back down to 3 minute hold times.
