Default Lighttpd + FastCGI

IMO you can save millions just by installing FastCGI + LIghttpd.

Probably linux admins already know:
www.lighttpd.net

suexec alternative:
http://redmine.lighttpd.net/wiki/lig...ualPermissions

For rewrite just put some script that will transparently handle .htaccess rewrites.

The result will be much MUCH FASTER servers and millions of dollars in savings.

just a thought.
