Default Legal and not legal

Hi

I am looking to move all my client sites to a new hosting company, but I have one that is becoming the bane of my life because it has adult content. I note that you do accept this as long as it is legal.

I am in South Africa and have no clue as to what may or may not be legal in Texas. The site in question sells adult toys and lingerie, does not have any explicit graphics or nudity and has an entry "permission". Would this be ok? Is running ecommerce SSL ok on the reseller plan?

Finally ... I am green when it comes to hosting and have been spoiled by a prior host who did all transfers, etc. for me. Having read the posts in your forums I've noticed few glitches with email setup and just need to be sure that this was abnormal. - I really do need a "hand-held" solution in the initial stages to make sure all my sites and their features enjoy a seamless transition. - Your comment would be much appreciated.
Thanks for your time!

That site would be fine and you are free to run an eCommerce site as well.

While we do not have the resources to physically mpve over every site for every new account, we have some documentation that should simplify the transtition for you. You can review it at the following link: http://hostgator.com/backup.html

With any server transfer there lies the potential for errors. People may experience email issues, dead sites, etc. but if you follow the appropriate steps, you shouldnt have any problems at all. Of course we are here 24/7 should you need assistance, so if you do require help, we will be glad to do what we can.

Thanks for the quick response Justin. Time to make a final decision. I cannot believe what a major issue it is just to choose a host. Oh, what I'd give for the ignorance of my start-up days!
