My personal opinion, is that this site is a web design service, and although the site is laid out okay, the design doesn't strike me.
That there would put me off hiring the design site, and ultimately would make me think twice about hosting.

You also have low bandwidth allowances per plan and this is a major factor for many people, including myself. I use radio streaming and your highest package would not cover my usage for 1 week, let alone 1 month.

I don't mean to offend you in any way, you asked why people wouldn't buy, and those are my feelings as a potential customer to your site.

Hope this helps and I wish you all the best in the future.

Well this may sound a little biased given our surroundings, but HostGator are ideal for my needs.

Their BabyCroc plan, which is one of their smaller ones, is moderately priced but provides a lot for the cost.
The use of unlimited (to a degree) bandwidth is essential for me as a radio streaming to up to 200 clients at a time with the potential to increase.

It is also an in-your-face website, utilizing complimentary bright colours and attractive advertising for their various plans etc. Its also compact, but full of information.

I have to say a personal favourite is their mascot, it identifies their brand and is quirky too.

Now, I understand that HG are a multi-million host, and your company is smaller, and maybe does not have the fund etc to provide the full services HG offer, but attractive monthly deals and a bit more colour on the site will definately help I would say.

I'm not great at marketing ideas, but an optional mascot for yourself to emulate your website name, could be an animated (hmm maybe this is the wrong choice of word) trophy. You know something that curves, has eyes its arms are its handles or something. Just throwing some ideas your way.

I used to run a small company myself, but ended up only using friends and what not and I didn't have this input so I will try to help as much as I can

I run my monitors at 1024x768, the same as many (most?) other PC users, and your site does not fit on my screen - I have a horizontal scroll bar. This screams "bad design."

Also, the prominent feature of your site is the block of Google ads right in the center of the screen pointing to other hosts. You're advertising your competitors, many of whom offer FREE hosting! I'd be surprised if your visitors visit any of your pages after the Home page.

Dump the Google Ads - is the primary goal to make money on google ads or selling Web Hosting? I tell my clients to only put ads on sites that are providing information and content not trying to sell a service. Especially Google Ads as they will serve ads related to your content and most likely serve ads for other hosts and design services.
