Is it just me or does the Knowledgebase search not work? If I go to Support Center » Knowledgebase on the HG website, there is a Search field in the lower right. Regardless of what I type into that field, the same result is displayed - a list of Popular Knowledgebase Articles and no search results.
The search result page has the same Search field. If I then click the Search button again from that page I'm taken to the Ticket System login page - https://tickets.hostgator.com/login/process - which doesn't make any sense. The whole thing seems broken. Is that the case? It's been that way for a long time. |

I believe they are trying to route everyone to their new ticket system and phase out Kayako completely. I agree with you though, it does not make sense to stop searches for the knowledge base.
