Knowledgebase is down... and I'm stuck

I just signed up yesterday and was kind of excited about switching to hostgator. But my excitement has been short-lived as I have not been able to upload anything to the site and there is no detailed info on the process. I was told that the knowledgebase is "broken" You HAVE to have a knowledge base for those of us who are not experts. I tried to install some of the fantastico stuff and had problems with that and again, there is no info on how to do this.
The webmail is not working correctly.. the Horde mail wont even respond when I click on it.
I have 5 websites that I was hoping to transfer, but right now I can't get even one started so if something doesn't change by tomorrow..I'm gonna move back to my old host or someone else who is more user friendly to non-experts.

I am sorry that our KB is MIA, we hope to have something better up soon, so that nobody is in the dark. What error are you getting with Fantastico?
