Default Kinda disappointed

I joined Host Gator because I wasn't happy with the declining level of service with my old host and I was very excited about them being Green-e Certified.

Well, I'm kinda disappointed. Tickets take hours to be answered. (My previous host would have responses within a 1/2 hour.) And I keep getting fed bits and pieces for solving a problem.

This appears to be a configuration issue.

Really? Why would you even respond with just, "looks like a configuration issue"? Why not present what we are going to do to solve the issue whether it be on my end or on their end? I think I've sent more requests in these past few days than I ever sent to my old host that wasn't related to the server being down.

Present answers so we don't have to sit here another two plus hours waiting for a response.

I found your ticket MHC-3048877, it appears that this was caused by the programming of the script that you were running.

As far as ticket response times, the longest reply on this ticket was 2 hours. The other replies were closer to an hour.

Since this was resolved I'm moving this thread.
