Hmm really strange... Its like the server is blocking my IP address. All my users are ok but me. Using a proxy I can access just fine. Is it possible that my IP is being automatically blocked by the server? My whole office email is down so any input would be great.

Still nothing and really no input even with the open ticket... I have verified that I can access my account using a proxy. No luck with the ISP givin IP. I get the same thing on all the other 20 workatations too. My office's email accounts are all based with hostgator so think im screwed till this gets fixed. Ive noticed in a couple other threads that this doesnt seem to be a new thing. We have been using Hostgator with the same ISP for about 10 months now with no problems. They all seem to be related to getting banned by the server.

Edit: It was also strange how this all happend when using Cpanel

The Planet may be doing maintenance on whatever route your ISP is coming from. I know they're doing maintenance on Global Crossing if that's where you're ISP is going through.

Still no word from theplanet yet I guess. 48hrs into this problem! Is it possible to just transfer to another server? Kia is the only hg server that has me blocked for some reason.

We are talking back and forth with the planet right now about this problem you are having, you should get a response as soon as we hear something back from them.

I just wanted to get things straight.. by the replys I really think you guys are floating off the main problem. I asked about being moved to another server and this was the reply. "you're not being blocked by the particular server you're on, it is some kind of error elsewhere in the network. moving you to another server won't solve this problem as it is being affected by your particular IP." I may be lost on this but here are the facts so far.

1. I cannot access kia from my IP at work
2. I can access it from home and via a proxy server or basically any other IP.
3. the trace on the kia server stoped within theplanet
4. All the other HG servers trace just fine. <<<<<--- Important fact about moving.
5. All of my clients have had no problems
6. the hop that it stops at is right before the server.

Im not tring to get something started with this but im getting slammed at work... Im just tring to find an easier way out for me and you.
