Keeping VPS server software updated
I moved my sites from a another company's VPS server to HostGator's shared severs because I was spending way too much time fiddling with server software. Major pain points were keeping the server software packages updated and installing security software.
Will Hostgator auto update the server software that comes standard with each VPS as they do with the shared servers? I like the performance of a VPS, just not the housekeeping chores that came with it. I won't be installing any custom server software myself. Thanks!
