I had a very bad experience with a reseller who closed up shop without notifying me so I could get my files, even found the company (Servint) in Virginia who is the actual hardware host. They won't release my files until the reseller gets around to authorizing them to do so.

And of COURSE I DON'T back up like a good little computer geek is supposed to, so I have to start off from scratch rebuilding. My business website (Mobile Homes) had over 500mb of pictures that I displayed on coppermine.

Anyway, back before I went with the server that closed down I was using powweb.com and I had my domain name thru them, so I went back to them for 2 days and they are just completely horrible, their site it slow and all the customers are complaining about slow sites.

I did some shopping around and I feel I was lucky to find you all. I quickly signed up on a reseller account and the speed it terrific.

So far my dealings with sales, billing and support have been A+

I am very happy with Hostgator and I will update my review on a regular schedule to let you all know how things are going.
