Just a minor annoyance

First off i want to say that hostgator kicks butt and provides a great webhosting.

But today i ended up with a minor problem.

I tried to buy me a new domain but both my visas got an error and got locked for 24 hours.

The first time i think it might have been due to that i used my new adress on my old card. But the second time everything was typed in correctly on my new card but still it got rejected.

Could it be that i use swedish letters? if so that should be possible to use if it's not. Other than that i have no idea why it got rejected.

If you already have a hostgator account, email sales@hostgator.com and they should be able to register it for you. That does sound pretty frustrating though, I don't know why it would do that.

If you do not have any luck by tomorrow you can PM or email me jloe at hostgator.com and I can see what I can do.

it's been fixed, i emailed sales and they made it manually instead.

The reason was most likely that i used swedish letters when i tried to buy it, like åäö. So a change to the website or some information about to not use such letters would be good to have on the site.
