It's been about half a year or so now and I have not yet had one problem with my website so would like to first note how good the up-time is.
The Fantastico is great, having all sorts of things I need and use. And what intrigues is that even when my internet is capped (yes, we have bandwidth limits here) and the speed is only running at 28.8kpbs to 64kpbs, my online shop still loads relatively well. Sure, it's simple but I'm sure glad as hell it is and works fast. Though not as fast as I wish like when I'm at full speed. Darn. Also, whenever I had some little issues or what not, live support was able to give me the answers I needed, though sometimes I think they couldn't understand me completely. Maybe it's my Australian. ![]() Tickets have always been resolved, even if they may have been tedious questions or chores for the person on the support end to do for me. Although same issue as above.
