Joshua Ru + Beto

I think his last initials are RU. Here is my review.

Joshua is simply my most favorite support rep to talk with. Today, having a simple error in Cpanel, he fixed it completely within five minutes.

Previously, a while back ago I called Host Gator and Josh picked up. I was having an issue with one of my clients databases running off my personal cpanel, and it took forever to figure out how it happened. Patiently, Josh continued to provide the excellent support Host Gator offers for all of it's customers. 2 hours later on the phone, Josh and a Sys Admin had everything taken care of, and myself and my client were back to our normal duties.

Josh has an excellent sense of humor but professional attitude. Thank you Josh for your superior support, keep up the excellent work!


As goes for BETO, I think that was his name. One of my clients came with an issue regarding emails. It was rather complex, and Beto patiently worked with me to find the problem. Happen to be the name servers on the domain were not configured correctly by the client. Thank you Beto for your patience and willingness to help with our support questions.
