Default Joomla Version?

Please advise as to the version of Joomla you currently have in your scripts?
joomla is currently at 1.5.14 and if I move to you servers I would like to know that the new sites I start will have the Latest version to minimize my work.
please also comment on how you handle new versions of joomla?
and Templates that you might supply as other host companies do?
Thank you for your time
Charley

I would also like to know a good source for viewing Joomla templates. I was not really interested in it until I saw a friends site where he had Joomla installed and it looked more like an article management system then a CMS. I would really like to replace my current Wiki set-up with something like an article system if I could find the right template. Unfortunately, his template was way off my my site gen. I used Jumla before but his caught a second glance.

I searched a bit but got tired, then I saw this post. I hate posting the obvious, but like I said, I'm tired! Joomla, template, articles for a Web Service provider = excellent! I did not see a response for "Templates that you might supply as other host companies do."

I like to manipulate templates so anything close, more towards articles than hosting.

Thanks for the help!

HostGator does offer templates, a lot of them http://templates.hostgator.com But they are not cms templates, they are plain ol html and flash templates. Pretty high quality ones too from the cursory glance I gave them.

There are tons of sites out there that offer free cms templates, for just about any cms you can think of. Try http://www.joomla24.com <seems to have a lot of decent joomla templates.

Very nice! I thank you for the help! I have the HG templates. The Joomla site is exactly what I was looking for. I haven't looked through them all yet but I see over 2800 templates. I was going on 28 hours without sleep trying to get my site up when I posted this and trying to help a client. I didn't do a proper search and most people would ignored me which I cannot blame them. This answer helped more than you could ever imagine!
