Joomla upgrade link in Fantastico

I see that I now have the opportunity to ugrade my Mambo installations to Joomla via Fantastico in my Cpanel - great. But why is it that I cannot auto-install a new instance of Joomla?

Other hosts do have Joomla installation included in Fantastico, will this be coming to Hostgator anytime soon?

I do have Joomla listed in Fantastico. I didn't try to install it, but this is the text displayed in Fantastico:

Its possible fantastico needs to be updated, just email support@hostgator.com with your domain name and we can take a look into that.

It took Hostgator just 67 minutes from my first email to support to get Joomla enabled on my account.
