All my sites, emails, ftp everything has gone down If this is down the spammers again, then I am amazed. I`ve been with several hosts, and none has this many problems with spammers. Another one of those mystery 10 minutes outages, when HG says `your sites are running fine`

Time to start looking elsewhere unfortunately.

I just emailed support, but I already know what the reply will be!!

They will fix up the problem first, then return an email saying `everything with your site is fine, please confirm`

Well, I specifially asked what the problem was so I could relay it to any clients who complained.

I got `everything is fine now`.

Wow again; that's really too bad it's doing this again, especially since Brent thought it was fixed.

I was in your server all day today a site that was recently given worldwide press was receiving about 20,000 hits an hour causing a lot of problems. They purchased a dedicated server from us today so issues on the server should be gone.

If anything else happens to this box I will pull my hair out. I will be monitoring closely again tomorrow just in case.

We did latest cpanel upgrade on all boxes, that's normal with cpanel upgrades. Been getting them all fixed.

I`ve had three good days, but in the last hour it appears to be back to normal. When I say normal, I mean slow pages, timed out ftp etc. Shame, I hoped to make a full week of great service!!

Ha I can attest for the fantastico problem, I had the exact same thing upon upgrading to the latest release of CPanel. I presume you upgraded to the one with MySQL 4.1.8 optional.

Hope you get this resolved soon
