There is one more heavy user on the server we are copying their account to another box now. I'll update when they are moved and we will see how things are.

I`m rapidly losing faith in this. I`ve been waiting to get into my cpanel, it`s just so slow I just give up.

My sites can run fine for an hour or two, then hit one of these patches where it crawls for upto 15minutes. I don`t bother sending a ticket, because by the time I have written one up and got a reply it has settled again.

What do I tell clients? I do hope this is sorted soon?

I actually haven't noticed slow performance for a few days now, and neither have my clients. I have noticed higher load on the server than I would prefer, however.

The other day, i complained to support that the load was over 31 p ercent. It quickly declined but that was a scare.

Just great, email from client saying they cannot ftp their sites.

I`ve just checked, and I cannot access through ftp either Just won`t connect.

Every day there is something going wrong with this server lately.

Absolute garbage, all my sites hosted on Jetta are currently crawling along. They went down about an hour ago, I have site monitors to confirm this. Now they are barely moving at all.

Just waiting for the emails from clients

I know, yet support just sends that crappy generic reply

`All your sites are working fine` bla bla bla bla

This has been going on for weeks, intermittent downtimes, slow response, failed ftp, poor smtp/pop.

well, I'm having some issues too, connecting from telewest in the UK. Reduces the likelyhood of a connection issue from our end if britbob and dante aren't using the same connection there. last nite at 22:00 GMT got this message "500 Can't connect to www.ignisnetworks.co.uk:80 (connect: Connection timed out)" from a failed cron job, so there are definitely some problems on the server.

That is strange, though. It would have been 5:00 here, and that is when most of my clients are online, and no problems were reported. There was a brief time was mysql was unaccessible, but it was only once on one page load.

I did get a complaint about FTP but FTP was working fine for me and the other members of our support staff.

mm.. perhaps there are some pretty unforgiving timeouts for crons that aren't such a problem for normal webpage access? The problem looks to me like high load rather than failed services, I see slow mail access (sometimes slow enough to generate timeouts) and slow webpage loads etc more often than outages, and am seeing high loads in whm on a few occasions. As loads can fluctuate some and different people have different tolerances, perhaps thats why some people are labelling this a problem and other resellers' clients aren't reporting it. It occurs to me that all is not ok though - HG is there another site generating unreasonable/uncomfortably high load on the server?

re ftp, there's another thread on that somewhere, the ftp server software was changed, perhaps there was a short outage to do with that...

What`s bugging me the most...

I`m on the net a lot of the time, I not only have my reseller account but run one of my sites within that reseller.

I`ve noticed frequent pages that load up slowly. Believe me, I hate complaining and quite franky I can`t be bothered with it. I`ve got better things to do, but when clients start asking why their website is loading slow, emails down, or they cannot ftp, what am I supposed to do

Lately, the outages while nothing major are still frustrating. I can be typing up a long winded post on one of my forums, press submit to find the site has gone down. I check all the other sites, and they have also gone down. I then get emails from my forum admins saying the site is down.

It lasts about between five and fifteen minutes then it will be back up. I send in a support ticket, twenty minutes later I get a reply `Your sites are all loading and working fine, please check and verify`.

Jeez, these responses from support are really frustrating, because it is basically telling me there is nothing wrong when clearly there is, unless all my forum members, clients etal are all lying It seems to me, support are quickly rectifying the problem, then as soon as this is sorted they send an email saying `everything is fine`...

It's almost like they wait for the outage to be over, or the servers to come back online, and then hop on here and say "yo dude, everything's fine, must be your fault, hyuck!"

I'll be sure to call if anything happens but today I haven't noticed anything yet. Yes, the high loads have been bothering me though. They've ranged from 5 to 13 lately, which I don't like.

Must be nice....

I can`t get into my cpanel now, my sites are up but cpanel is just not responding. I wonder what`s next!

Oh, I give up. I guess my site must be badly coded, and every thing that is happening is my end.
