Default Jetta running a bit slowly?

It might just be me, but it seems as though jetta is running a bit slowly. It takes longer than usual for my site to load; probably about five times longer.

I`ve had this a few times lately. Support say there is nothing wrong, and no one on here has said anything. I`ve re-booted my modem and router several times thinking it is my end. Maybe it is a Jetta problem?

Very frustrating, it can run fine. Then all of a sudden slow right down. My email has been slow for weeks, I`ve kind of got used to it now! Thankfully my clients have not complained.......... yet!

I haven't had problems with e-mail. Right now everything is running fine, but earlier it was pretty slow.

Would someone from HostGator tell us what is going on? One of my clients just noticed it. I just want to know what is going on so I can tell them. Thanks.

This is not good; it is either totally dead or very, very snailishly slow.

YES it is!

I emailed support and got the reply that there is nothing wrong.

Quite clearly there is. It has been slow for ages now

The server was under flood attack earlier today. If it comes back please call us and tell us "flood attack going on jetta making server slow"

Our monitoring only picks up on downtime not slowness. (yet)

Out of curiosity, do you know who did this or why? Is there some way to prevent them from doing it again?

Looks to be struggling again? I`m on my forum right now, and the response is painfully slow.

I had no complaints about it. But anyway, right now it is working fine for me.

i would like some updates on this, though.

My forum which is on Jetta is once again spluttering. I`m getting several time-outs because it takes so long to open a page In fact it seems to have died completely.

Great I`m just starting out in the reseller world and have worked hard to get clients in the last few weeks. This doesn`t look good at all for me. I think the support response is generally pretty good, but it would be nice if an explanation of what the problem is got included in the email. It kind of leaves us stumped when it comes to explaining to our clients.

hi,

Well I've posted in our forums that the server is under a DDOS attack, and that I'd keep them updated. it is good enough for them.

Would be nice if they could at least update us on the situation. No response to my ticket, so I assume they must be working feverishly to get this sorted!

I am tempted to call them again and requested some more information. It is coming up and then going back down, so I assume they are working on it.

And so I have. According to the person i spoke with on the phone, there is a system admin working on it and he says it shouldn't be more than a few more minutes. he says Apache is down; which is confirmed in my WHM server status.

Did you phone them again?

I didn`t want to call them, if you have! Pointless them getting loads of calls. I wish they would give us an update though.
