I felt it was neccesary to go ahead and post a review on my live chat session from earlier today. I spoke with Jessica Bu regarding a few billing questions I had. She was polite, and prompt with her responses. If I asked a question that she didn't know the answer to, she was straightforward and told me she didn't know, but she was going to ask. I really enjoyed speaking with her. Please make sure this goes into her personnel file.

I wanna add on to this here. I just got off the phone with Anthony who helped me for over an hour with some WHM issues I was having. I also want a positive note to go into his Personnel file. I really appreciate the excellent customer service provided by hostgator. I could'nt ask for anything more awesome.
