jeep server (69.93.237.34) has been down for most of today, I was told by online support that it would only be a couple of minutes - see transcript. 2 hours later still down.
"System: Please Wait while connecting to an operator You''re connected to operator - lea lea: How may I ***ist you User: Hi - I am a reseller on jeep server and MySQL has failed - all my sites oare down - are you aware of this and how long to be fixed. Thanks lea: hi lea: it will be up in few minutes lea: there are some updates happening in the server User: Thanks - I'll check back shortly. lea: you are welcome" WHM Server stats were saying eximstats and mysql have failed - but reading some of the previous posts I am not too sure if I can believe this. Recently jeep has seemed a bit clacky especially when trying to open cpanel/whm. Do we know exactly what the problems are? Cheers Swordy |

I have also been having quite a few problems on jeep recently. Same issues as mentioned here and in a few other posts ...
MySQL failing, sites very slow to load, cpanel very slow or not loading at all (although whm loads sometimes when cpanel won't). I've also been having some random email problems that I haven't worked out yet. I could see from the Server Status that some of the problems looked like overload (presumably spamming as mentioned in another post here), plus one of the disks loaded at 100% for a while was causing the MySQL problems I believe. The owner of the biggest site I have is becoming frustrated now because of the number of (apparently) different problems in close succession. Hopefully we'll get past these soon and get a long trouble-free period. |
