Please anybody here can tell me about it. Functionality works nice at localhost but showing error when it runs on web.
Working On virtuemart.

Looks like you need to add canwil3_yogesh in the "Add User To Database" section to that database.

The answer on mysql forum will need some technical knowlwdge to understand and they obviously have no idea about how mysql is set up on Hostgator servers. You just have to make sure that the mysql user name, server name, database name, password are correct and mysql user has the permission on database as GatorSteveN mentioned. Actually I guess I too feel this is permission probalem and many people dont know / forget to give permission for the user to the database.

How did you set up Joomla, through Fantastico or manually? From the reply in the SQL forum it sounds like you may have put your server hostname as the Host when you installed Joomla. The Host should be localhost. You also have to set up the user, the database, and add the user to the database in your cPanel MySQL section.
