IP address of Hostgator Server in CBL Blacklist

I just tried to send some emails and Ive had them all return saying the IP address of the server i am hosted on is on the CBL blacklist.

The following was in the return email http://www.spamhaus.org/query/bl?ip=69.93.129.226

Can someone please explain
