Okay guys I have been happy with your uptime so far but support is another issue. First ticket on this sat for 24 hours until I opened a chat session and then the Ioncube error was fixed.
Now it is messed up again as two of my websites that use the same program are showing the error again. The ticket I put in was three hours ago. I opened up a chat and then someone responded to the ticket. Now it is still sitting there. I use to own a web hosting company and always responded to tickets within 20 minutes and if I was working on the issue I would always let the client know so they would not have to ask me when this was going to be resolved. I have not been able to work on any of my web sites all day and one of them is a project that needs to be completed ASAP.
