Intelligent Footer appending to email

Is thier an option for this in exim? Or something you guys can do.

Ideally I would like per company thier own Notice appended to all outgoing emails.

ie. Company A - Confidential and Security Notice
Company B - Different Confidential and Security Notice
Company C - No Notice

This is similar to a signature in that it auto appends to all emails but I would like this globally.

Then once I have managed to get this (hopfully ) I would like to be intelligent

So when replying to and from it wont append if it has already seen the email.

If its not possible per company a global would work for now
