Default Terrible insult...

I don't think I deserve this. My friend was just paying for my 3 months of advanced payment for my hosting. And then, when I got an email asking me to verify my account, I called in to the account department and for the first time, I told the operator that It wasn't my credit card and It was paid by my friend. So after some talking, she told me that I can scan in the information via a scanner. Well, I don't have one. Neither do my friend. So next, I tried to ask my friend for his last for digits of his credit card and phone number etc. All the information that the operator needed to verify my account. Later, I called in again to verify my account. This time, the operator managed to find my account and verify it for me. But later when I upgraded my hosting service to the Copper Reseller one, I had some questions that I was with doubt with. The next person who replied to my email was the same person I talked to on the phone. She told me to verify my account AGAIN. Well, the other operator told me that it was verified already. Now, I wasted a total of $15+ for the International call and it was all down the drain. I'm really very dissapointed in HostGator. The operator who talked to me that day was : Leanne Stokes and I think her forum name is GatorLeanne. The other day, I told her the wrong billing address as I thought she was talking about my own address. So next, I called in the second time.

The emails she sent me :

I don't feel like as if I'm a valued customer. I feel just like somekind of unwanted stuff. And my friend's credit card just got suspended RIGHT THAT AFTERNOON. Now he is blaming me that I used it for frauds.

Good Job man... This is how you guys provide service to your customers. I'm impressed.

I checked your account and see that your billing account was not fully completed. For a city and state you put "SG", which is not a city name, so your account was flagged and we requested verification.

The notes on your ticket state that you were providing unclear documentation to verify your account through chat and was abusive to our staff. That can cause problems with activation as credit card fraud is very high in this industry.

We apologize for any inconveniences, however if you are using a card that does not belong to you and your account information isn't complete or incorrect (and couldn't be verified over the phone), we will need the account to be properly verified in full including scans of all the required documentation.

As Wesley explained, we don't do this with the intent of insulting our customers. Rather, we do it with the intent of protecting our customers.

Credit card fraud is rampant in the hosting industry and if we let accounts get activated without verifying the identity of the account holder and billing contact, not only would our service deteriorate, but there would also be people with fraudulent charges on their credit cards. The idea behind our verification process is to avoid both.

With that in mind, I do apologize if we came off at all insulting or harsh to you. The intent is certainly not to insult you. As soon as you verify the information, we can get your account activated right away.

What the hell? Sg is the main city for singapore. Go and check it out before you say any stupid stuffs. Singapore has no state and city. It is just something by itself. Did you guys did any research? This is really something you guys must improve on. Just let me tell you, delete my account. If you guys really have the intention to cheat my money, go ahead then. I'm just posting this whole thing at the webhosting review website.
This is ridiculous.

To add on to my words, another thing is that if I want to do a fraud, I will not use my IP address and will use a proxy instead. And since no one wants to do a single thing, I'll report this case to my local authorities and let them handle this credit card thing.

This is ridiculous.
Our software does not recognize SG as a city name and if you look at a map of Singapore there is no city called SG:

Your account was never verified so it was not activated, no cancellation is required.
