I'm on yahoo messenger, and the person online has an away message that says that online tech support won't be available on june 25. Or is that UNTIL june 25?

Er, I don't understant, can anyone enlighten me as to what it says and what it means exactly?

Cause it isn't exactly convenient to call international long distance for tech support...

Oh yeah, I would do that, but it said "online support" so I figured that meant every sort of internet-based support. So what *does* the message mean? Cause June 26 is a long way off.

It simply stated online chat support wouldn't be available for 16 hours.

phone and email support was still available.
