Hi guys, I'm a newbie to HostGator, so grateful for your advice:
How can I install Wordpress to an addon domain? My main domain is ukestar.com and I successfully installed WP using Fantastico in the CPanel. I have now created the addon domain webflipit.com. However the CPanel only really allows admin of the main domain. How do I install WP to this domain? Thanks in advance for your help! Paul |

Once you've created the addon domain with the cPanel addon feature, it makes a subdirectory of public_html/www for that addon. You should be able to specify it in Fantastico, if that's what you're using to install Wordpress, or see that directory in your FTP program, so you can install it there.
cPanel certainly lets you create email accounts, ftp accounts, and accomplish tasks for addons. So if you created the addon correctly, you should see references to it in several places in cPanel. Note: people with hatchling accounts cannot create addon domains and thus won't see them anywhere.
