Initial impression 2 days after signing up..

Hi,

New client here, had another site on godadddy and decided to try you out even though godaddy was offering lower prices (but lower storage/etc) since i read amazing reviews of your service.

Initial reaction after two days: Your sites load very fast, even faster than GoDaddy, which was fast to begin with.

Control Panel: So far excellent, Everything is in one place and one or two clicks away (Godaddy system is so un-user friendly compared to cPanel)

And the big one **MYSQL** databases. I havent used it in production yet, but it is super fast in phpMyAdmin!! Maybe i was too accustomed to godaddy's very very slow phpmyadmin/database, but wow.

So my 2-day in initial reaction.. Oh and Chat support and 1 ticket so far very great aswell.


*** One minooor complaint, before I signed up i thought the baby plan would be 7.95 a month, I had to contact sales via chat to find out that I had to "hover my mouse" over the 7.95 price to see thats its only for 3-year contracts. I wish this was more obvious to begin with, there wasnt even any print at the bottom of the page or anything to indicate this except for a mouse hover..

As I said minor, and almost caused me to think twice about joining, but I took a leap of faith anyways***
