Update: Support informed me that there seems to be a site crashing the server. Once the site is suspended, infinity should be back to normal

enet and lbGuru - I see that infinit.websitewelcome.com is now accessible and my mail access has returned. My sites haven't yet though - what sites do you host here and are they up yet?

My sites appear to be back up now. Would like to understand what caused this.

My sites are back. The only thing support said was that a site was crashing the server, hope it has been taken care of.

I would like to be reimbursed for this as being a reseller I have to now reimburse my clients. Also email was down which caused a lot of problems.

I also submitted a ticket when the server was down. It briefly came back up and then I received a response stating my sites were working fine, no other explaination. The server went down again, I submitted a response stating such, and again the only response I received came after the server was back up and this time asking for the specific site urls I having trouble with.
I am also a reseller, so receiving this type of customer service from hostgator leaves me completely unable to provide adequate customer service to my clients in these situations. |
