I emailed sales support about a very small issue regarding an extra IP address I was being charged for.
Ben responded within minutes and we have been going back and forth all morning getting it straightened out. Ben always responded back within minutes. It was as if I was the only customer HostGator had. I have now been a HG customer for over a year. I have found that email support is very responsive. They always respond within minutes, even at night! The one time I was having a nagging problem, it turned out to originate with the ISP that I had changed to. HostGator Brent was kind enough to talk with me directly on the phone to help sort it out. Before coming to HG, I was with an inexpensive host. Their service and support were terrible and they ultimately went belly up due to overselling. I tried a "premium" service from a major company.
