Hi,
![]() Would it be possible please to include the actual ticket link inside the ticket notification emails we get? That way, we can click that link and go straight to the web version of the ticket in our billing center, saving a lot of time each time. Regards, Bes |

+1 right here. Would be pretty much convenient to have this. Even if it will save us for just a few minutes of time with it, it would still minimize our stress level looking at trouble tickets.
