Incentive Programs?

How about starting some incentive programs? I am with an alternate hosting service (for my other domains) which provides incentives to their customers. First off to mention is just the package 500GBs storage space and 5TB of bandwidth to start (will explain in a moment). They have an incentive bonus program by which I find new customers for them, I can get a kickback bonus of $97 / year / client if they sign up. Alternatively, I can also choose to share a part of that bonus via promotion codes, I create and set their values. This becomes a win-win situation because: 1. the hosting service gains clients, 2. the new signup gains by getting a discounted price on their first year, and 3. I gain because I still get some of the bonus.

The other benefit is, accounts are incrememted by like 2GB/week in space, and 40GB/week in bandwidth for the life of one's account.

Now, something similar to this would surely be nice if implemented by Hostgator.
