Imposible upgrading form a Retail account to a Reseller account
I tried to resolve this problem with the tickets, with support@hostgator.com, with the sales@hostgator.com and with the chat support sistems, no one can help me!
I have been 4 months with your Baby Croc package, and I'm very happy, then I was searching for a hosting reseller account, you have very good reputation in webhostingtalk.com so I decided to upgrade my account to a Aluminum reseller one. This was the 1 of Jun. Now I'm still waiting to the upgrade, I still have the Baby Croc package. I can log in to the whm, but I can't create hosting accounts HELP!
