also this is now the 6th downtime I have had this month
Not good when you say to your customers you will have 99.9% uptime.And is there any kind of refund I can get this month? I think I am down to like 99.4% uptime. And that is just from the 17th of this month

site is now up. Down from around 6:19 (around the time my services said i was down) till 6:51.

So, what you are saying is that it has been down 183 minutes so far this month? Wow, I'd be complaining too.

I am not sure of the exact minutes, but this past one was quite long. My stats are reporting since the 17th when I started the service that I have had .585% downtime. That is with 5 minute checks. Just disappointed, I really like the people that run this place and will stick it out.

Send an SLA claim and try to figure out what's going on with support, email support though. The chat support technicians don't really check the servers for that kind of thing. And if they do they're sending an admin to do it.
