We are currently experiencing connectivity issues with impala and are in the process of working with our data center to expedite the investigation of this issue and returning functionality as quickly as possible.

We apologize for the inconveniences and the frustrations, and we would like to assure you that we are actively working on getting this server back on-line as soon as possible.

We do not have an ETA at this time, however I will be updating this forum post with more information as it becomes available.
