Images Loading Slower Than Normal

Images on all my domains (on "civic" server) have been loading 2-3 times slower than normal for the last 6+ hours. Also FTP transfers are also taking much longer than normal.

I have emailed Support 5-6 times and they keep saying the server load is normal and everything is fine on their end. Well, I know that, but obviously some service is acting up and causing the delays. The problem seems to come and go intermittently.

Can someone please look into this and see what the real problem is and find the right fix? I'm getting emails from customers and they are complaining.

Hi,

I am not on this server but I did try to see all three links this morning and just a few sec. ago.

Did some test this morning by going to the three website and it did take some times to load a bit but not that much.

I did a ping this morning to the server and I did receive a 25% lost in a 4 ping on only one time on four try. This could be an issue for pictures and site loading a bit less faster than usual.

I have just try again with a clean cache and they load up pretty fast. Doesn't seems to have any problem on it at this point.

did some pings on your sites. 0 packets lost after 200 pings, average ping 148ms (from France and similar to what I get for eclipse server).

The sites load fast and did not notice anything special with your images.

I just went to your website, everything is loading way faster than yesterday now.

Yes, Support was able to determine that a timeout setting on the server was different than should have been. Things returned back to normal yesterday afternoon. All sites are loading fast once again!
