Yes, thank you. But I have a question. This is one of the frequently problems. You created Extra Features which is very useful. You can put a button in Error Check part which like 'Kill my processes'. Is it difficult?

I looked in your ticket history and every ticket that you have sent was replied to. Which ticket did you not get a response on?
