I made a stupid error...panicked and started a chat session.
Since I was in panic mode, I was unclear with the support chat.
Once I realized what I did, I accidentally clicked off the chat.
Sorry Nicholas. I didn't mean to end the chat like that. You did help me. It's 2 in the morning and I'm not thinking clear.

I've been very happy with HostGator so far. Quicker response time and very reachable when there is a problem. Two-thumbs up!!!
