I'm a "new" customer under a new domain with HG and I'm VERY excited to get things going. I was previously with HG as a reseller and loved everything about it, from the supplied applications to the tech support and customer service. Great Prices and Great service. Unfortunately I could not keep my old site going for personal reasons but alas those reasons are gone and without even thinking I've come back to HG!
I've opened a new account, but the site is not activated yet due to Paypal, one thing I noticed differently already was a phone call from HG discussing issues with my domain and how it won't be activated until Paypal goes through. The impression I got from that was incredible! Thank you so much for calling and letting me know, I was pretty sure that was the reason why it hadn't been reserved yet but having that reassurance is awesome. (Just got my cellphone too, and HG is the first people to ever call it... I have no life. lol)
Anyway, thanks again! I'm sure that once paypal goes through, everything will go just as smooth as previously! I just hope no one swipes up my domain before paypal goes through.
... I'm thinking I should move to Houston and apply for a job at HG. That'd be sweeeeet.
