If your Hostgator Server IP is blacklisted:

Please email the bounceback message you have received indicating the blacklist issue to rblabuse@hostgator.com . In the subject line, type the IP address followed by "blacklisted", ie "11.111.11.111 blacklisted".

If you submit the email and it bounces back, you may instead submit the ticket here:

Select "Support" from the list and please kindly include the subject as stated above in your ticket.
