If you are not approved for full forum access after signing up

If you signed up for hosting after you signed up for the forums and do not have full forum access within 24 hours, send an email to us and we will make sure that you get access. Be sure to include your primary domain in the email so we can locate your hosting account.

When new users sign up, we verify that they are an actual customer before giving full forum access, so sometimes an account can be overlooked if they signed up for hosting after registering.

Please note that this is not instant and may take up to 24 hours.
