If you are not approved for full forum access after signing up

If you signed up for hosting after you signed up for the forums and do not have full forum access, send an email to us and we will make sure that you get access.

When new users sign up, we verify that they are an actual customer before giving full forum access, so sometimes an account can be overlooked if they signed up for hosting after registering.
