If i order with you guys at hostgator.com, i hope i will get more support than at my other host, that hasnt even set up my account for a week but has taken my payment.

We offer many support options, including 24/7 livechat, these peer help forums and an email support system. Your account will usually take 15 minutes to set up, and DNS changes for your domain usually take 24 to 48 hours. After you are set up you will receive a welcome email with all of your information including how to connect to your site before your DNS propagates.
