I see the WHMCS forum, but it's locked and I'm told I don't have permission to view it. I'm also told I don't have permission to edit my own profile so something seems amiss.

I am new here... signed up for a reseller account a couple days ago, and signed into the forum yesterday. I'm guessing my registration has not been fully approved yet, but I haven't seen any indication of that in the FAQs or forum announcements... the email I received when I created the user account said... To complete your registration, please visit this URL: lalala... well, I did that, but I'm not sure my registration is in fact complete.
