Hurricane Causing Problems at Office

Our primary office in Florida is currently down as the hurricane has caused power, phones, and internet to go offline. Please be patient and this should be fixed shortly, phones and tickets will be answered a bit slower until we are at full staff.

We should have an update shortly for when they will back.

Power's still out here, generator's been running since 8 AM now. Phone just went up so I could hop online finally. We have alot of trees to get out of the way. :\

We have been getting things slowly back to normal. Support response times are delayed a bit as some of our staff is not able to work due to the hurricane problems. The techs who can actually work have been putting in extra hours to get things smooth again.
