Hummer down, chat support dead...

Any news about the "hummer"? Live Chat Support wasn't that helpful...just got We are working on it with no explanation are we talking minutes, hours, days?...total collapse? just maintenance?... (did ask and was left hanging for an hour despite my "hello?"s and "anyone there?"s)

Totally agree. I don't know my server's name, but my site is having problem since noon. In general, the Yahoo IM support doesn't give any reason for any problem, but I can take it as long as the problem is fixed right away and won't repeat for a while. But today it has been 2 hours and the problem has not been resolved yet. There is not explaination of the problem and no reply when I ask for an ETA for a fix. Where is the communication?!!!

Added: OK, from another thread, it seems that there is a attach on the servers. But why not just mentioned it when I told the support about the issue?

Yup, I was on with live support and for two hours they wouldn't answer me. Then I started a new session, and they won't answer my questions. Pretty shabby customer service. AT LEAST tell me why my sites are all down and how long it will be, at the VERY least. yet again, hostgator service leaves lots to be desired....
