Positive A huge thanks

Twice I have needed to grab Tech Support and use the Live services, and both times my problems have been resolved in the space of 3 hours.

Thanks to Michael Mo for his assistance & Robert Metzger(I hope its him, his name was on the bottom of the e-mail) for sorting things out so quickly.
