Default http://server-ip/~username

I enter this information in my address bar and if I don't enable mod_userdir Protection in Security section, I get a 500 error. With it enabled, I get a 404 error.

Anyone have any ideas how to get this working so I can test my site before changing the name servers?

Thanks

There might be some problems here, this is new. Please wait until a staff replies.

Hello,
I pulled up your VPS in billing. I was able to view your web space with an IP/~username/ without a problem.

Could you PM me with the exact details if you are still having issues? I see you have a couple of sites hosted, is it just a single site causing a problem?

I waited awhile to see if anyone would reply, but ended up submitting a ticket. Support quickly fixed the problem. It was something I did, and not related to them. My htaccess was messed up.

If it is messed up, you can delete it by your self and make one again.

I would, but I was in the process of uploading files to the same account and did not want to re upload them. (80,000 plus files)
