I have a question, we at the netherlands have a version of the dmca law here and apply it. Also we started a institute to upload the law calld "brain" http://www.anti-piracy.nl/english/english.asp/

Now what this institude dus is, act on behalve of licesed holders cause they may do that, cause there an institude they wont get profits or anything from it.

Now my question is I know america has the dmca law, I know datacenters who litterly whipe there ass off with that law and dont care. They know there people is hosting iligal copyrighted material and even allow them charging there website visitors a fee to download it ( none will go to the licese and copright holders )

Now my question is do you gy's have a simulair institude up in america, cause im verry much interrested in contacting them. Our institude only closes dutch owner sites cause thats the legal restriction they have.

Yes tho that dus not applies for the brain institude, they act upon those firms that are connected with that. But hostgator is fine they take iligal sites down on the spot.

But for exampel, godaddy needs official evidence even if they know 100% sure its iligal thats not the way it shoud go if you darn well know its iligal and yust continue to host it. Same with the datacenters. So im looking for a american institute to co-op with.

The FBI, RIAA, local police of the datacenter...contacting any of them would likely get you to the right place.
